Is Jira required?

What counts as a line?
Each row in the work breakdown: tasks, parent tasks that group other tasks, and milestones. The limit applies to each plan separately.
Is the price per user?
No. Prices are flat per account. The people you share a plan with do not pay and do not need a paid account.
What happens if I go over a limit?
Nothing is deleted. Existing plans stay readable and editable; you just cannot add more until you upgrade or trim.
